哈罗德·史扶邻（Harold Zvi-Schifferin， 以色列， 1922- ）1922年出生于美国纽约州的罗彻斯特，史扶邻教授的专业兴趣始终是孙中山与辛亥革命，他主要通过研究孙中山来研究中国的政治、民主制度发展之路和治国的经验。他自称他是西方第一位研究《民报》的学者。史扶邻教授的汉学研究曾得到美国良知学会、哈佛大学东亚研究中心、社会科学理事会、美国历史协会和日本增进科学协会的资助与支持。他在以色列和希伯莱大学有着极高的威望。他是希伯莱大学东亚系和社会科学系的终生教授。尽管已经退休，但仍是该大学和杜鲁门和平发展研究所重要的决策人之一，指导着它们今后发展的方向。
